Calming Lavender Geranium

Our signature aromatherapy blend is comprised simply of distinctive Bulgarian Lavender and Egyptian Geranium.  With a fresh floral aroma that is both crisp and bright this blend of essential oils is both calming and balancing. Originally called Zephyr Wind, its synergy quiets the mind, giving needed respite to the proverbial coffee achiever, excellent choice for a rejuvenating spa or before retiring for sleep. From an Ayurvedic perspective, these essential oils are cooling, and pacifying for the hyper productive Pitta constitution. While the blend includes the same two oils, Bulgarian Lavender and Egyptian Geranium, the character of the organic oils are distinct.  To keep the blend balanced, we increased the lavender oil and decreased the geranium for this new Organic Calming blend.
 
Warming Cinnamon Clove

Warming and stimulating, this aromatherapy blend gets the blood flowing.   Certified Organic Cinnamon, Cloves, and Ginger bring the heat to the blend, while Sweet Orange and Lavender provide the delightfully relaxing base.  The best blend for romantic spa or massage. The sweet and spicy synergy heats up the body, and opens the heart. From an Ayurvedic perspective, this blend is heating, adding fire and air to the cool, slower system of a Kapha constitution. Originally named, Aphrodite’s Allure, this scent is a Trillium original.  Our latest revision of this timeless aromatherapy blend includes exclusively Certified Organic Essential Oils.  We replace the Clementine Essential oil with Organic Sweet Orange Oil.  The Sweet Orange is a lovely new addition, bringing a smoother citrus to the blend.  We have also added a few drops of  Organic Patchouli Oil.  While it is not the loudest voice in the choir, I am thrilled at the way it unifies the individual notes.   Patchouli was part of the original warming blend, and I am personally thrilled to bring it back in our new Organic Warming Blend..
 
Clearing Cedar Eucalyptus

Clearing and cooling, this aromatherapy blend is focused on the respiratory system.  Eucalyptus, Rosemary, and Peppermint open the breathing passages.  Fir Needle and Cedarleaf refresh the senses.  This blend also soothes muscles after athletic exertion.  The deodorizing properties of the blend make this a great scent to take to the gym. From an Ayurvedic perspective, the oils in this blend are restorative and balancing.  The cool fresh forest qualities of water and earth refresh and calm the dry airy nature of the Vata constitution. Originally named Virgin Forest, this of green notes was inspired by the ancient redwood forest where Trillium Organics was born.  In order to include exclusively certified Organic essential oils, I was forced to leave the Sage out of the blend.  Dalmation Sage is not made with organic certification.  To rebalance the blend, we turned up the Eucalyptus Rosemary and Peppermint, in relation to the Cedarleaf and Canadian Balsam Fir Needle.

Trillium Organics Fragrance Free products are what fragrance free products should be.  Free of synthetic fragrances, certainly, but also the products are free from other irritants which sensitive people may need to avoid.
